The ski areas in the Black Forest offer an abundance of alpine routes as well as wonderful cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails. The ski areas in the Black Forest are located in the northern Black Forest around the cities of Bad Wildbad and Freudenstadt, in the area around Schramberg (Central Black Forest) and of course in the southern Black Forest with the highlight Feldberg.

The Feldberg near Todtnau and Hinterzarten is not only a symbol of the Black Forest and at around 1.500 meters the highest mountain in Baden-Württemberg, it is also a popular ski area.
